Noa ("we," "us," or "our") collects and uses your data as described below.

1. Information We Collect

Account information — your name and email address (via Google Sign-In) and a display name.

Usage data — daily check-ins (energy level, cycle phase label, tasks), rescue session data (responses and feedback), and subscription status. This data is used solely to provide and improve the service. Feedback is anonymized before analysis.

On-device only — your period dates and cycle length. This data never leaves your device. Only the calculated phase label (e.g., "follicular") is sent to our servers.

We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising IDs or tracking cookies.

2. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication. Privacy Policy
• Google OAuth — sign-in only. We receive your name and email only.
• Anthropic — AI responses for Premium users. No personally identifiable information is sent. Privacy Policy
• Stripe — payment processing. We never see or store your card details. Privacy Policy
• Plausible Analytics — cookie-free, aggregated website analytics only. Data Policy

3. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. Deleting your account permanently removes all server-side data within 30 days.

4. Your Rights

• Delete your account — available in Settings
• Opt out of cycle tracking — toggle off in Settings at any time
• Data portability — where required by applicable law (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), contact us at the email below

5. Children's Privacy

Noa is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
